2. Ordering and Communication

  • Order Confirmation: Placing an inquiry via WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed and processed only after full payment for both the product and shipping costs has been received and explicitly acknowledged by a representative of Sambal Pecel Bu Un.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All product prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Exclusion of Shipping Fees: The prices listed for the product DO NOT include international shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or any other fees imposed by the destination country's government or courier service. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Payment: Acceptable payment methods will be communicated and agreed upon directly during the WhatsApp interaction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • International Shipments: We offer international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination country.
  • Delivery Estimates: Any estimated delivery times provided are approximations given by the courier service and are not guaranteed by Sambal Pecel Bu Un. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss, damage, or theft for purchased items transfers to the customer once the package is officially handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Damaged Goods: If your product arrives significantly damaged due to transit (e.g., broken jar, severe leakage), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage to the product and the packaging. Refunds or replacements for damaged goods will be reviewed and assessed solely at our discretion.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled before the customer receives shipping confirmation and tracking information. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
